Those Kim Jong-Il & Qaddafi-Style Guys in Animes

 

Recently the war breaking out in Libya has been escalating at all times. But let’s just think about it carefully – All these countries, such as Libya, Iraq and North Korea… None of them could never ever appear on the so-called blacklist drawn up by Uncle Sam. So far, it’s obviously seen that Sadaam Hussein‘s domination in Iraq was thoroughly dumped by the US army ages ago, and at present Omar al-Gaddafi with his regime is also experiencing such a process under the attack from the West and is possibly facing the same consequence in future. Then, shall we ask will North Korea‘s turn be coming next as well? Well we might not have got any idea at the moment, but we do know that actually there are also some famous Gaddafi-like or Kim Jong-Il-like figures being active in Japanese animes.

Aizen Sousuke of Bleach – “Gaddafi” in the anime world

It can be said that they’ve got one characteristic in common, i.e. grim and ruthless. Both Aizen Sousuke and Gaddafi have committed crimes against humanity. Being brutal and cold, they dare to achieve their own purposes by any kind of means they could adopt, despite their sanctimonious plus savior-like appearances shown to public. Meanwhile they are extremely tough to deal with and neither would open their mouths to their enemies until death. Even if the gunfire already rang out next to their domains, they would stand out against enemies to the last extremity. In a word, it appears that both Aizen and Gaddafi seem to possess a sort of very impressive and powerful personal abilities of changing the whole course of the world.

Lelouch Lamperouge of Code Geass – “Kim Jong-Il” in the anime world

Both Lelouch and Kim have a goal in common – to overthrow the evil imperialism. The difference is that Lelouch fights against British imperialism while Kim resists against American imperialism all the time. The former is enslaved while the latter is blockaded, but both are strong-willed to seemingly fight against their respective enemies to the end, even if there is only one single soldier left finally. Moreover both of them possess the identity as a princess and are able to take over their own thrones. But anyway Lelouch is still young at present also he has no plan about his succession at all, whereas our dear “Emperor Kim” appears to have got all the preparations done in the country so as to pass his seat to his son very soon. XD
