Which pairs to trade Forex?
currency pairs are the two currencies involved in currency trading. You or trade in exchange for that currency Dollars for other currencies British Pounds Sterling. The currency pair in this example is USD / GBP. The question is who are the best currency pairs for trade?
Of course it is possible to negotiate with any pair of currencies worldwide. In practice, however, the currencies of major countries economically powerful who represent the majority of the stores. Note that I say, not economically powerful and politically powerful. The Swiss franc is the currency of a small country, physically and politically, but because of the special nature of the Swiss banking system is very powerful economically and therefore an important player in financial markets.
Approximately 90% of all Forex transactions involves only 6 currency pairs, which meant the U.S. dollar such as currency most significant transactions:
1) U.S. Dollar / Pound Sterling USD / GBP (sometimes known as the pair of cables)
2) U.S. Euro Dollar USD / EUR
3) U.S. Dollar / Japanese Yen USD / JPY
4) U.S. Dollar / Swiss Franc USD / CHF
5) U.S. Dollar / Australian Dollar USD / AUD
6) U.S. Dollar / Canadian Dollar USD / CAD
According to a recent study, the dollar U.S. is involved in 85% of all trades and the euro by 37%, followed by the dollar against the Japanese yen, British pound, Swiss franc, Australian dollar and Canadian order of importance.
The first time you enter the forex market ", it is advisable to start with the USD / Euro forex because there is much more information about these coins, because they tend to me more stable and more easily manageable results in lower costs.
Some currency pairs can hard currency and should be avoided for the beginner to start. For example, the Canadian dollar and Japanese yen can be a difficult partner, because any pair currency are influenced by fluctuations in the price of oil (Canada is a major oil exporter and importer of Japan's largest oil).
Oil as an example of course is just one of many influences made currency exchange movements and experienced know what to look out for. However, for the beginner my advice is to trade with the USD / EUR for a long time to gain experience and then perhaps the USD / GBP as an alternative before proceeding to the pairs of volatile currencies.
