Martin Yale 1601 paper folding electric Autofolder review
Overview:
- The paper folder Martin Yale 1601 is designed for mail rooms, offices, churches, nonprofit organizations and small and medium enterprises.
- It is designed sometimes quickly and easily: newsletters, brochures, invoices, statements, letters, newsletters and other documents.
- This Martin Yale 1601 folding machine paper is designed for budget-conscious consumers who are looking for a folding machine that can handle your needs at a price you can afford.
Strengths:
- The paper folder Martin Yale 1601 is designed to fold the letter and legal paper format in a number of different ways folding. It is specially designed for the creation of five different folds including letter of times, folded in half, double parallel times, and once in a angle which is also known as a fold of the Cross. Although designed for use with the letter and legal size sheets can also accept such small sizes as 3.5 "x 5" and as large as 8.5 "x 14". You can also make custom designs to meet your needs folding.
- The 1601 has a tray that accepts up to 150 sheets of paper at once. The practice of design paper does not mean that Fanning is required, which is a plus. Many machines fold the paper in this price range require that you unfold the paper so that for a proper diet. This can be difficult and if you can not fairly presented feed the sheets correctly. The 1601 does not have this problem.
- The Martin Yale 1601 is fast. It can fold up to a maximum of 9,000 sheets per hour. This means that most of the jobs of hundreds of letters can be completed in one or two minutes at maximum speed.
1601 Autofolder also has a bypass manual feed that allows you to feed stapled sets of four pages in the machine by hand. This is useful for bending multiple paged reports and newsletters informative.
Weaknesses / Limitations:
- The Martin Yale 1601 is a document setting Autofolder Handbrake. Simply means that to change folding patterns or size of paper you have to manually adjust the position and the arguments on both plates. Can be a bit difficult to ensure creases your dishes are placed at right angles and full stops are paper position. Users who need to frequently change folding patterns or people who are not mechanically inclined may think an installation of paper machine, as the Martin Yale 1701.
- The 1601 is designed Autofolder to manage the uncoated paper stock which are between £ 16 and £ 28 vouchers. Not compatible with thick paper, glossy paper and coated sheet. glossy thick paper or it may cause paper jams and marmalade, if you try to use the folding machine.
- The Martin Yale 1601 is ideal for use with letter size (8.5 "x 11 ") and legal size paper (8.5" x 14 ") sheets. However, it is not compatible with larger sheet sizes including 11" x 17. If your organization needs bedding greater than 8.75 "x 14", you should consider more paper folding machine.
Recommendation:
- Autofolder The Martin Yale 1601 is an ideal machine for small and medium organizations or mail rooms primarily used a type of design folding.
- This machine is designed for moderate use in a commercial environment and have well over time.
- However, this machine is not designed to be used for high volume industrial applications. It should not be used for folding stock or heavy coated paper and can not accept the road large. This does not make a good candidate for use by commercial printers, liaison and mail processing of large organizations.
